Pros
Good starting point to begin your career. I was able to learn a lot by working here and it helped to provide a bridge to my new job. The people who work there I found were friendly and good to work with. It's a small office environment which can be good or bad depending on your preference.
Cons
The salary wasn't particularly high and when I was there, no benefits were provided. The work can feel a bit repetitive at times. There were limited resources but they did their best to accommodate. Everyone sort of just did their own job and there isn't much room for interaction between co-workers other than during breaks.
