Medical claims are minimal, although you do not have to pay anything for company appointed clinics. - No other employee benefits as contractors are really, just contractors. - Not much chances to progress career wise as it really depends on the project that you are involved in.

International Application Solutions is a Wholly owned subsidiary of IBM, It is better here than working through an External Vendor, The benefits are better & it gives a first hand experience of what it will be like to work with IBM, Folks who work well have a change to be converted as IBM Regulars.
