Was once a good company to work for and at. At one time had very competitive pay and benefits package.
Cons
Poor strategic decision making at the top. Dissenting viewpoints were silenced. Company ran for the personal enrichment of executive leadership. Board of directors not independent overseers of business - provided no check and balance to the CEO.
