Pros

IPMI has created a really strong, supportive, explosively fun, team culture that truly enables the departments to function as one. There is no separation between departments and the management team is extremely involved in the day to day activity of the organization - they earn your respect. A vast majority of the employees are Sales People and you truly have the opportunity to write your own paycheque on a monthly basis. They have a ping pong table in the office and you are more than welcome to play freely through the day, the team goes out for drinks together and really it is just one big family where everyone gets along. Also, the hours are consistent and you are only required to work 9-5 without taking any work home. The sales skills you learn here will accelerate your career wherever you go next.

Cons

Sometimes it's a little too much fun and I wished that the Management team was a little more strict. Every now and then you have a bad phone day but that's really just the nature of the job.

Pros

Really close to star bucks. Just across the street it's also a short walk to whole foods if your into that

Cons

One owner gets sales leads of qualified executives who sign up via the website. She takes pleasure in distributing them to ipmi sales people based on how much she likes them. Very passive aggressive and quick to blame others and computer systems. The numbers on the sales board are not correct. Favourited employees are the ones with high sales. Moral is lower than rock bottom. Favourited staff would be gifted sales on programs they never even sold. They have a gong they hit when u get a deal. Imagine sitting there hearing a gong interrupt ur work only to find out the sale was gifted. Really depressing makes you never want to go in
