Clueless management, questionable standards - Production Technician International Polymer Engineering Employee Review

I went multiple years without a review. The "clean" rooms are not taken seriously by employees. There are cameras everywhere because management doesn't trust production. The owner leaves to "play with his cars" immediately after complaining about underperforming areas. He expects everyone else to figure out how to save his company and acts like he's doing his employees a favor just by employing them.
