Pros

The work atmosphere is professional but fun. Great boss and great group of people to work. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as a professional IT person, provided you have initiative. In addition, because the clientele span numerous industries there is a need for a diverse skill set; so if you're resourceful and enjoy a challenge, you will thrive at Internetwerx.

Cons

As is the case with all MSPs, your're part of a team which ensures around-the-clock systems integrity and performance, so you cannot expect your clients servers and networks to clock out at 5pm... In all seriousness, the team at Internetwerx collaborate and make this reality less painful, but it should be understood that occasionally you will need to troubleshoot something outside standard business hours.

Pros

Fair work schedule. I work hard from 8:30 until 5:30 and put in extra time as needed. The nice thing about putting extra time in is that management always seems to notice when that happens and it allows for some flexibility in the schedule to address other personal things that come up from time to time. I'm on call for one week every 6 weeks, so that burden isn't so great. Vacation/PTO is very reasonable. 100% Healthcare premium is covered for me by my employer. The opportunity to grow professionally has been tremendous. I'd compare a year working here like working 3-4 years anywhere else. It is intense, but you get out of it everything you want. The breadth of technology I see daily is one of the things that motivates me. Management isn't perfect, but the one thing I noticed early on is that I was never in the trenches alone. Management was there with me, working along side me and everyone else to get the job done. That earned my respect right away, and that helped me deal with any shortcomings later. The company is growing, and with it, everyone is having to grow.

Cons

The general cons that come with a growing company. Lucky for me, I'm a believer of what we're doing, so the pains are an investment towards the greater good and the future of the organization.
