It's very interesting, lots of products. Easy to use, all you have to do is 2 things. CLICK 1-SUBMIT 2-Next

Cons

EXAMPLE: When you get a combo meaning two products combined together. This is where, supposedly, you get a huge profit. This is where it hits your pocket. You will encounter a -$200. When you get that minus. In order to get your profit, you have to pay $200. This is not fair at all. It seems it happens, and perhaps the employees are gullible enough to pay them to receive your earnings. They refuse to refund my BITCOIN. You get paid by BITCOIN, not CASH.

Pros

Low contact management wouldn't get in your face as long as you were "working."

Cons

A lot of the work we did was just for show to the clients and werent actually improving anything on accounts. Even if it would negatively affect an account, we just needed to make it seem like we were working.

Pros

Majority of my coworkers were excellent to work with

Cons

Leadership and upper management are leading the company into the ground. The company has chosen to become a churn and burn agency. They removed all variable comp from all employees and after multiple years of decline have chosen to save the company by implementing a new segment for taking on low paying clients while giving them the least amount of value as possible in order to try and make it profitable. Top employees have been fleeing the company for months. VERY corporate culture. No heart anymore. Meetings about meetings to plan meetings about meetings. If you love taking pointless trainings, you will love this company. Trainings and meetings wouldn't be an issue if they actually had a plan or a goal to accomplish.
