      Good Pay &. Good office location

      Disgusting approach from senior teams. Had many people from my team come up to me after calls asking me if I was okay (they noticed poor behavior to me from a member in my team). Asking questions was looked down upon and I got treated extremely unfair. No support when asked for and I was offered money to leave! Disgusting company and even went to HR to complain but nothing was done I was told to try to ‘ride it out’. Too much of a power trip for some people.

      Noticeable change in market positioning in last year, but now somewhat caught between low volume big cases and high volume small cases

      Cons

      Still taking on board smaller cases when not enough resources to manage them along with the big cases. Which takes away time and output on the big cases.

      Win good work in the market.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. No appreciation, expected to work long hours without any acknowledgment. No support from management, expected to meet deadlines however then managers sit on work for months.
