      Working with Industry leaders - flat hierarchy so great exposure to upper management. Interesting work. New company - exciting atmosphere.

      New Company - lack some of the developed resources a more established company would have.

      Win good work in the market.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. No appreciation, expected to work long hours without any acknowledgment. No support from management, expected to meet deadlines however then managers sit on work for months.

      Nice offices and friendly office manager

      The definition of a toxic workplace. Bullying, no vision, constant infighting. No leadership, blame culture. I could go on. Avoid at all costs.
