Good location, CEO seems nice

Cons

Small office, white privileged, lots of politics, day light bullying as long as you are the favourite and gets all the credit and cast all the blame without consequences, worst people you can ever encounter and nice people get pushed out Run and don’t join this firm

Pros

Noticeable change in market positioning in last year, but now somewhat caught between low volume big cases and high volume small cases

Cons

Still taking on board smaller cases when not enough resources to manage them along with the big cases. Which takes away time and output on the big cases.
