If you’re willing to take ownership, there’s room to grow and step into bigger responsibilities. Solid variety of work and clients, so projects don’t feel repetitive. Leadership is accessible and open to hearing ideas that make things run better. Stable company with a lot of long-tenured employees.

Some growing pains as the company scales. Busy at times depending on project deadlines. A few processes still getting figured out as things grow. Compensation conversations are ongoing in some areas.

Promotes culture. Most directors were great to work with.
