Pros
-Very good team and advanced technology and lots of clients to work with world wide -the opportunity to travel to multiple countries( still hasn’t experienced it due to covid but other people did) -courses support as there are mandatory courses and certificates that we take and optional ones based on what i want to learn. -National holidays are granted for us.
Cons
-difference in culture as ~70-80% are french speakers so sometimes i miss some conversations as i don’t speak french yet -communication can be a bit frustrating at the start and things may not be clear. -this one is for me as i don’t have lots of experience, on the technical level there is a lot of product knowledge so it may leave very little time if you are trying to develop an new skill or study beside work.
