      Flexible, passionate staff, ethical, community focused, environmentally focused

      Cons

      Senior management attitudes, low pay, few benefits, no promotional opportunities, lack of direction, not open to change or evolution. Lack of diversity at all levels.

      Pros

      This is a company that demands quality and rewards you when it’s produced. You’ll be explained your responsibilities and goals clearly and you’ll be provided a framework to meet realistic expectations. It’s up to you to work diligently and make an impact. I had three positive years at First Security Service and look back on the experience fondly.

      High expectations may scare some people off.
