If you are not from Sioux Center or don't live there, you are not very included. Construction Division is very hard on people.

Cons

Don't have many at this time other than sitting at a desk all day can be tough. However we have a extremely nice office space so there are tons of opportunities to switch up the scenery and its nice to be able to go on walks around the building to take a break!
