Working with LIHS, you get to work with incredible coworkers and amazing youth! You get to work with such a diverse population, and it gives you a foot in the door. I really enjoyed working for LIHS in many aspects.
Cons
The upper management is problematic. They have been with the organization for a very long time and have made questionable choices. The frontline staff get walked over and are underappreciated by the higher-ups.
