Unless your face fits and you always say yes, you are screwed career wise. Processes and Procedures made up as they go and they try and compete with bigger companies in the oil and gas industry. They manage to secure work by promising the client anything and fail miserably due to lack of experienced staff and reliable equipment.

None apart from time off.

Too many backstabbers and inexperienced staff in roles they shouldn't be in. Criticism and positive ideas not welcome and when they are they are mentioned nobody takes heed. Overall a chaotic company to work for with too many yes men that agree with anything, and are scared to speak up in fear for their job.
