As nobody can force us. And if this office is forcing you to sit for a longer time. Then, why the hell you were working here for 4-5 yrs. Even this is the only office where no deductions occur after getting late even half an hour in the morning. Appraisals occur after every 6 months and hike they give is quite satisfying.
