Pros
-Steady Work supposedly never lay off people
-Usually Overtime most jobs are 48-56 hours minimum
Cons
-Jobs are all in McKinney or further north, Prosper, Caddo Mills, Melissa, Van Alystine, Sherman and etc.
-They will not provide water only a 2 gallon jug when you sign on.
-They only pay attention to shiny new people but employees with many years are often not recognized for consistency or dedication except for a plaque every 5-10 years of service.
-They use a lot of temps and have forever temps who are way over paid
-If you dont work overtime they will threaten to give you a bad yearly review and not give you a raise. Even if you work your 40 hours or cant stay more than 8 hours a day.
