Pros
Salary is paid on time.
Cons
The work culture is extremely toxic and emotionally draining. Office politics dominate everything, especially at senior leadership levels, and decisions are rarely based on performance or merit. Employees are often terminated for vague or illogical reasons, creating a constant atmosphere of fear and insecurity. There is a complete lack of professionalism in behavior and communication. Yelling, humiliation, and bad-mouthing employees are common and normalized. Respect is not part of the culture, and women in particular are treated poorly, with their concerns often dismissed or ignored. Favoritism is deeply ingrained in daily operations. Certain individuals receive protection and privileges regardless of conduct or performance, while others are unfairly targeted. HR exists largely in name only and does not act independently or in employees’ interest. Work-life balance is non-existent. Although it is officially a 6-day work week, employees are expected to be available beyond working hours, mentally and physically. Professional boundaries are frequently crossed. There is widespread unprofessional conduct within the workplace, especially involving senior employees, which is overlooked due to power dynamics. Transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership are completely missing. Feedback is discouraged, concerns are turned against employees, and there is no system to resolve issues fairly. Growth, learning, and mental well-being are not priorities. Overall, the workplace is horrible, chaotic, disrespectful, and mentally exhausting. Staying here for long can seriously impact confidence, health, and career growth.
