      Pros

      IntexSoft is young, vibrant and dynamic company. It has been a pleasure to work for them. They invest in my growth with engagement on internal and commercial projects. I had a lot of exposure to different practices, methodologies, programming languages and procedures. It has been a very fruitfull time and I enjoyed it alot. There are teambuilding events happening frequently. Company encourages work-life balance and going extra mile for your wellbeing. You're never stuck with bad equipment or a lack of one.

      Toxic and cheating management that spoon‑feeding you mush made of empty platitudes A lot of Junior employees work in shadow mode as Seniors Remote work is not available Low (oh no, THE Lowest) salaries, no benefits, no career growth, no trainings Poor HR brand, no organisation’s goals and vision.
