Pros
Incredible engineering talents, highly collaborative peer culture, and a strong, technically complex product that was a pride to build.
Cons
A distinct shift in leadership culture over the last year. Strategic alignment has been replaced by siloed decision-making and a lack of transparency from the executive tier. There is a noticeable lack of basic respect for the people who built the company; talented, long-tenured employees who push for clarity are systematically managed out rather than listened to. The political environment currently outweighs technical merit and human investment.
Very poor and toxic management
You will overwhelmed and work overtime for free , you will have 3 am calling daily from CTO and head of engineering to wake up and work in useless things
