Pros

None really.Juniors will learn some things but that's all.

Cons

So many!!!Toxic environment, verbal abuse behind closed doors,fake options scheme and many more.Despite people leaving constantly nothing really changes. It's always them and it's never you!!! Maybe losing 3 people including your team leader within a month will wake you up!!!!Soon enough you will lose more!!!

Thank you for the review. We're very pleased with our success rate with junior employees and over the years, there have been many individuals who have started their career with Intoware who are now fully fledged Software Developers in their own right. As mentioned in a previous response, the share option scheme is in place and all employees and contractors have been issued share options. Regarding your "losing 3 people" comment, staff joining and leaving companies is a normal part of any business. We openly admit that being a small company we are not suited to everyone but people who willing to work hard and make the best of it will fit in well and will prosper. Pros

It's great working for a smaller company as you really feel you are making a difference. Management are really open with their staff and share regular updates.

Cons

The team are home-based so we lack the social aspect.

Pros

Intoware hired me without much previous experience and gave me an opportunity to build up a career in software. The company is very much what you make of it. You are always given ample opportunity to learn new things, and shape your role to be what you want it to be. If on the other hand you want someone to train you without you taking initiative - this is not the place for you. If you are driven and show enthusiasm - you will be recognised and you will be given more responsibility. Very good salary, opportunities to change and grow your role, flexible working hours if you work hard and make up the time. The team are great, competent, good banter and friendly.

Cons

Company operations are still a work in progress, but the team have opportunities to define processes themselves. Not for someone looking for an easy 9-5, things will not be handed to you - you have to use your own initiative.
