      Balancing your expectations with regard to scheduling and taking on their schedule. Given the fast paced environment, it’s hard to give the customer a good experience.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
