      Flexible time off, competitive wages, and fast growth leading to promotion opportunities. Very engaged leadership.

      Cons

      Workload can be high at times. Remote work has been challenging adaptation but I believe that's going to be the case everywhere.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
