      The most striking thing I've noticed since I started working at Intoxalock is the constant attention to improvement. Leadership is always looking for ways to improve on every level. Feedback is taken seriously even if ideas can't be immediately implemented.

      Change is always fast-paced and you need to be able to keep on your toes.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
