      Commission in sales is paid twice a month so that's a plus and it's a product people are required to have

      Director level and above is rough, had a director shame me for my political stance without knowing it.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with room for growth medical benefits the second week you start.

      Cons

      Sales matrix bar is set high, it's very fair to hit the goals and surpass them until you TEAM LEADER is off and the leads you get are now in the hands of a competing team leader your matrix drops.
