Very rarely do you have he opportunity to work with truly good people. From Troy and Arkady, to my outstanding and brilliant co-workers down to office administration, they are just such good people to work with. Every decision they've made always had my best interest at heart, not profit, and that's a constant theme here. This company really cares about you and your family more than what you can do for the bottom line. And if you want to work on the latest and greatest, with some of the brightest people you'll ever meet, this is your place. What I liked about the actual work is that it's so collaborative. I've made suggestions on many occasions that were adopted and implemented. You're treated as a real team member and not just a billable body. If you have an opportunity to work at Intricity, just do it.

Everybody is so busy that sometimes you feel you're working in a silo. It's not from not caring, but because everybody here carries their load and then some. This is not the place to work if you're lazy.

Very smart and dynamic team. Owners are really good people who you can trust. A few people on the team had some personal issues and they never put them on disability or leave, paid them full salary and refused to let them work until they were ready to return. No wonder they have such loyalty from guys who have been with them for years. Pay is very good--the entire team from who I spoke with all made more money than our competitors. Benefits were very good. They don't have a vacation policy, it's really take what you need. And the medical is top notch with no referrals needed. The 401k plan vests immediately, so there's no penalty for leaving.

Reviews are slow to get to, although they're pretty generous when it finally happens. Also, they like to chase the shiniest toys when it comes to technology so it's hard to focus on just one. And you need to add dental to your insurance plan.
