I love it here. The people are great, and the work environment is great.

It can be fast-paced at times, but the leadership team sees it, cares, and works to find solutions.

I bounced around for years in toxic work environments, even took a break from the corporate world altogether for a year because I was so unhappy in what I was doing. When remote work became more popular, I started job searching again and came across Intrinsic. From as early as the interviews, I knew I had found my people. When I joined I was 1 of only 15 or so employees and had the opportunity to see the company grow to now 100 employees and it has been such a joy to be apart of. The people and relationships is truly what makes this place special. I know I am walking away with friendships for a lifetime. As for job pros, you receive 4 weeks of paid PTO and 10 weeks maternity leave which is great. You have flexibility in your schedule if you need to go to a doctors appointment or go to a school function w/ your kids. Leadership is very approachable and do not micromanage - they trust their team members to do great work and offer up new ideas. I am ending my time here to join our family business but would recommend Intrinsic to anyone.

Only thing I will note is if you are not comfortable with change or being a part of a fast moving, growing digital marketing company - this may not be the right company for you. But if you thrive in that kind of work environment, you're in the right place!! New technology, new platforms, new faces. Lots of opportunity to try different things and step outside your comfort zone!
