Intrinsix has been a great fit for me. Introduction to the corporate world without all the corporate crap. Design Center team Pizza Lunch once a month is good food and good conversation. I think the best part about working here is everybody's sense of humor remains intact and active throughout the day.

It can be stressful at times because we are design services, so we are always impacted when clients are difficult to deal with or when business needs change abruptly.

Do their best to treat employees well. When they had money prior to 2005 they spent a lot on morale building activities. They still do what they can.

Tough business out there right now - competing against lots of cheap PhDs in Bangalore and now armies of Chinese engineers. Some competitors have become the front end for large Indian design houses. Intrinsix refused to do this so they are slugging it out with the local independents.
