      You'll be the only person who knows anything about marketing in the company.

      Cons

      I want to raise a flag for people looking for a marketing job in this company. The CEO has zero respect for marketers. He hires and fires marketers and speaks of it like it's some sort of badge on honour. The truth is that he doesn't know what he wants from a marketer because he doesn't know what a marketer does.

      - Amazing coworkers (super smart and super interesting people) - Relax working environment and no micromanagement - Future oriented, always looking for improvement - Hungry for the next tech. - Great pay and benefits - Close-knit work culture Overall, the upper management is very fair, they will provide all the tools for you to grow and to succeed

      None that I can think of.

      This place is amazing: - flexible hours - skilled coworkers - very competitive pay - good work/life balance - the Big Boss doesn't try to control his employees, he works with them.

      Cons

      - If you're someone that needs a rigid structure, this isn't the place for you.
