Working here has been amazing! Everyone shares the same goal and is on the same wavelength ready to execute our goals everyday. Leadership is very supportive and quick to help when asked. Even though we are remote they are able to keep an amazing culture with jokes and laughs every time we chat with one another.

The company did a RIF then decided to hire more people. Is that even legal? They also didn't get any input from the team. They executed based on their own "guess". That should tell you everything you need to know. Why work for an org like this? Clearly the PE firm and board are lost and grasping at straws to stay afloat. The tech is dated. Everyone does what Intterra does and better. The only person that can sell in the space was let go. The current team cannot do it and are looking to jump ship.
