      Pros

      Working with the Fire Service is great! I loved my customers and my team.

      Cons

      New leadership doesn't understand the customer base, how to grow the product line to the benefit of existing customers, or attract new customers. They are looking to acquire their way out of debt.

      Pros

      Working here has been amazing! Everyone shares the same goal and is on the same wavelength ready to execute our goals everyday. Leadership is very supportive and quick to help when asked. Even though we are remote they are able to keep an amazing culture with jokes and laughs every time we chat with one another.
