Opportunities to shadow, work on projects outside of your scope, mentorship, cross functional collaborations, interview people in various positions, etc. Great benefits and amazing people to work with.
Cons
Minimal/unclear opportunities for growth. Ever changing workflow. Leadership vision not aligned with front line data and experience. Unrealistic goals with non data backed levers. Lots of what seems like guessing in projections which negatively impacts employees and payout unfairly. Siloed teams across the org - must take initiative without manager guidance to figure most things out. Seasonality in needing to work additional hours to maintain performance. Leadership rarely listens with intent towards action/change. There is always the great manager but that is based on the person and your luck.
