Pros

Work from home options Work time social events A HR manager and team that actually care about its employees as well as the business

Cons

Unfortunately the level of micromanagement at Intuit is out of control with the perpetrators honestly believing they wouldn't have to do it if their staff would just work harder. They have unrealistic KPIs which leads to staff artificially inflating time entries to ensure that don't get managed out of a job. The teams on the coal face for all departments work extremely hard, however dont see any rewards or recognition for their efforts. When KPI's are met and exceeded, management simply raise the bar mid appraisal period to ensure staff can't possibly be rewarded
