Local Team - ride or die - loved working with other professionals Local Manager - great person - protected team from dysfunctional Dir & VP Amazing relationships with Surgeons, admins and OR teams - never experienced the like in my 10 years of med sales.
Cons
ISI does not value good customer service oriented reps. I wouldn't recommend sales positions in the NE Da Vinci is becoming saturated, hard to grow in some markets Sales leadership in NE is toxic and doesn't care about their reps
