Pros
Intuitive has been a life changing experience for me. The technology, the mission, the impact that Intuitive has on patients. These are just a few of the reasons that Intuitive is amazing. But moreso, as an employee, I could not be happier working here. Through the interview process, I was told that I will be developed and challenged here more than at any other company. This couldn't be truer. The reinvestment that Intuitive has made back into myself to sharpen my skills and develop myself as a leader amongst my peers has been incredible. If you want to work in a fast paced environment with some of the brightest minds in the industry, the best technology, and make the most profound impact on patients lives then Intuitive is a can't miss.
Cons
The company is hyper growth so there are still expectations, however the goals are attainable. If there is limited focus or lack of a strategic plan, then this can be challenging. The interview process can be long at times but it is worth it in the end to vet out the best candidates.
