1.No process at all. Any experienced guy joining this company will have real headache. 2.Doest have culture a product based company should possess. No planning , not proper walkthrough of requirement . Anything discussed today should be derived as a product tomorrow. 3. Point 2 leads in very poor quality deliverables which makes employee suffer during support. No personal life , u see people working with frustration over the weekends n late night 4. Managers don't even People Management skills . They treat employee as Robots , the moment they key in the employer should work. 5. Less number of projects , most of them were lost due to improper planning n poor quality 6. Compensation is very less for fresher's n mid level exp people . 7. Fake promises and really unprofessional behavior by managers .If u serving your notice period u wil be like enemy to them . They wil torture u to the core. 8.No proper HR policy as HR is helpless here and all the policy can be changed when and where n how management wants it to be. 9.It's like a school with headmaster giving scoldings to the employee only when some thing goes wrong ,which was the direct result of the hurry hurry ness to aquire client n later which they failed to get. 10. These are all genuine reviews I have not written this just because I had not good relationship with managers n all . I think these should be enough for employees who are planning to join this company. Even then if you want to take risk its all ur call to go n experience what al I had listed here
