This company is growing so fast, it's like a rocket ship. A fast-paced environment with a work-hard, play-hard culture. A real passion exists among the team to overcome daunting challenges, produce great work, blaze new paths and revolutionize the traditional brick and mortar auction industry in the process. As a result of this world-class team, they over doubled in size in the past two years...and they seem to be just getting warmed up. They recently signed a deal to be the exclusive provider of live auction merchandise and technology to eBay and expect to double in size again in the next year. Internet start-up culture complete with free food, free beer (on Fridays), free ice cream (every day), ping pong table, parking lot BBQ's, corn-hole tournaments, etc.

Fast-paced, high-growth companies are not for everyone. While there is work-life balance, crunch time is crunch time and the team enjoys winning (together). Those looking to punch a clock in a 9-to-5 role won't do well here. Also, with high growth comes lack of red tape and formalized processes. If you need to be structured and told what to do, you won't do well here...the company looks to hire self-starters who look for opportunities to add value.
