Pros
The company provides great opportunities for growth and advancement. If you put your hand up, you will always be able to learn new skills, attain training, and potentially work on projects abroad. The key is to network within the company and engage with your colleagues and managers to push the envelope of your current role and position yourself for promotion or a new and interesting project. You set your destiny. Folks below (in the reviews) that did not have a positive experience likely did not venture outside of their immediate team. Think big, and you can make a big impact on your career at invenioLSI. The experience I have had here is better than any Big 4 where you are a small fish in a big pond. I would rather have more applicable & cross functional experience that I can cultivate to grow my resume.
Cons
Like with any IT services company there are many deadlines, and sometimes it's all hands-on deck to get something completed. However, once you come through the finish line you are able to look back and be proud of the fruits of your labor. If you are looking for a clock-in-clock out, this might not be the place for you. Need to think long-term, and the payoff is worth it.
