If you like to work in a place where you have to fight for salary, the company can change the rules whenever they want, When you will not need any leave, then you have to take force leave and when you will need, then there is no leave as labour, No fixed time for work you have to be available 24*7. even you can not belive on written document given by company. company will follow only those rule which is in favour of company. example - there will be 5 days work but you have to work 7 days. - salary will be credited by 3 of each month. but you have to fight for your salary and salary will be given in parts sometime in cash, sometime from personal saving account and you can not say say anything otherwise you will be fired without pay or with penalty. - n number of yearly paid leaves but you can take (n-n=0) leaves. and so on. you can join this organization for more details
