Cons
- Basic Salary not competitive, abit lower than the other MNC's out there. However end-of-year bonuses are quite good if KPIs are met, 2-3 times of monthly salary. - You will suffer here if you are not competent at what you do. Be good with your technical skillset and you can ease thru projects day by day. - Clientele dictate most of your schedule. Mostly dealing with Government entities that require night or weekend downtime for implementation or migration.
