Pros

there are young coworkers there

Cons

They try pretending like they are any better than any other 3rd party recruiting. At the end of the day, it’s just recruiting. It literally doesnt matter. Dont ask me to do more than bare minimum when you are doing something that will be replaced by ai in a couple of years

Pros

Great company, solid L&D, strong resources - one of the best grad shops in LA

Cons

Work hard or don't work there at all- but that's pretty much any recruitment agency. You get out what you put in.

Pros

Flexible PTO, fun company events, hybrid work schedule.

Cons

They attempt to make it seem different from most recruitment firms but they are solely focused on output not growth. They will tell you they will coach you, help you work through issues, and be there for you… but there is always someone on the chopping block. The turnover at this company is wild. You need to be in the top 50% of the company or you will be looked at as a weakest link and be on their hit list for next to fire. There is no HR, I have seen and heard numerous women employed here complain about the behavior of management and other employee’s. If you’re a pure-bred fraternity bro ready to sell your life away to this start-up and ok with them scraping most of the money you make off top to afford their luxuries, you’ll love it here. Any recent grad or anyone considering working here, only take a job offer if you’re prepared to live breathe and eat recruitment, because despite the hybrid work schedule all you’re going to be stressing and thinking about is this job. I cannot stress enough that this job is not what it seems. This is a sales job through and through and the way you are treated and respected is based on the amount you bill.
