      good benefits no accountability ie you don't have to do your job to remain employed laid back dress code and nice work environment

      lack of support no team work unfair promotion unfair remuneration no consequences for sabotage lack of process poor leadership archaic technology imbalance in workloads tolerance for bullying worship of dinosaurs archaic methodologies
