Pros

work life balance .... get free time to chill and enjoy ... 24 paid leaves and 10-12 holidays leaves... dual screen PC for work , for full time employees Most of time no extra work hours to spend 2 times tea/coffee served to you on desk ...

Cons

No prior learning and growth. experienced people not have much technically knowledge . You will not learn anything from them. you may teach them something , but dont try , bcoz it is evaluated as you are logically and technically lacking. Lazy management and do work when deadline comes.. you are evaluated more on your soft skills than technical ability ... honest advice to succeed here is to show them more than what you can actually do , means showoff... silent killers will struggles

Pros

1.The company offers a competitive salary at the time of joining, often above market rate, which makes the initial offer attractive. 2.Increments in the first two years are good, and the work environment up to 2023 was fairly professional and growth-oriented. 3.Initial learning opportunities are decent for someone starting their career.

Cons

Post-2023, the culture changed significantly. A new HR was appointed who started interfering in day-to-day project activities beyond their role, creating confusion in team hierarchies and affecting work dynamics. Favoritism is deeply rooted. Employees who are close to the team leader or HR enjoy privileges like permanent work-from-home, while others with no such rapport are expected to report to office regardless of performance. Hard work is not recognized. Employees who genuinely contribute are often overlooked, while those who focus on pleasing managers receive appreciation and rewards they haven't earned. Some employees have avoided real work for years simply due to their proximity to leadership, while sincere employees bear the extra workload. After 2 years, the experience gained here is poorly regarded externally. Other organisations may not value the skills developed here, which limits your career growth significantly. Notice period policy is unreasonable and not employee-friendly. The overall work culture runs on internal politics rather than merit or performance.
