Pros

Since there were no defined job duties, you could do basically whatever you want. There was also flex time, because since you weren't doing anything, it didn't really matter when you showed up.

Cons

Smart, productive people with advanced degrees don't like to do nothing. Irritating military mindset, where you were either "leadership material" or you weren't. If you were a non-military woman, you probably weren't.

Pros

Great staff (non-executive), competitive salaries.

Cons

Politics abound as they grow from a small company to one more competitive. Management cares only for themselves. If you think you are a value and irreplacable, think again. Many senior players (across all divisions) were reassigned, promoted too early, or unwisely kept in their same spot. Most major contracts are fading fast and they are desperate to find others to sustain their growth. No work/life balance, despite saying the contrary during the interview process.
