Awful management Toxic workplace No job security - ethos is no one is safe No understanding of market outside US and seemingly never cared enough Multiple redundancy culls per quarter. No company direction No opportunity to progress unless role enhanced by redundancies Wrong people in management roles with no real idea of what they are doing Arrogant senior team with certain Execs often bullying employees Redundancies meant more work placed on remaining staff with no consideration of impact personally or even from a business persoective
