No pros at all, think twice before you join

1 - management is worst and they do not think of employee at all. 2- no matter what is the situation if it is raining or family emergency you can't take WFH even one day, they do not think of employee as employee but as slaves. 3- No matter what's written in contract of employment they will breach it or deny it and many other things.

A good software company to work for. I haven’t encountered any significant cons during my time here.
