The company has an amazing culture with approachable leadership who actively seek and value employee feedback to help shape future growth. The team is very personable and supportive, and there is a strong focus on both personal and professional development.
Cons
The company is in a strong growth phase, which naturally comes with some evolving processes and a bit of change along the way. The upside is that leadership is very receptive and consistently working to refine and improve things.
The nature of the work was interesting/engaging. Most people were friendly. Free bottled water/soda/coffee. Shop area was very clean.
Cons
They had some kind of lean manufacturing/just in time manufacturing program so it seems they only ordered supplies when they ran out. Often times I could not find basic things such as zip ties or latex gloves. Such common items should be kept in stock.
