With any fast growth company there are growing pains as the companies operations are catching up with the rapid growth. If you're someone who likes a lot of structure and processes laid out then this might not be the right time in our journey for you to join. The current growth phase is better suited to people comfortable operating in ambiguity and are happy to help build new processes.
