Cool projects - you're working on really interesting client projects all the time, some on the frontier of AI itself. Talent - Invisible has a high bar for type of personas they hire. Typically really smart people who are comfortable with ambiguity. Culture - everyone works hard but there is still a balance of respecting time and you can take time off. Hybrid - Most of the workforce is remote but we've just opened up offices in major hubs. If you live near them, the in-person side is a huge unlock. Leadership - Really like the new CEO and senior leadership team. They are super smart, have a direct approach and are accessible. Pay & Comp - leadership recently moved to geo pay model which factors in the city you're based. Depending on your situation, this has great benefits for those in expensive cities and not much impact for those in better cost of living cities.
